Free school fees for displaced children in Burkina
Education is the basis of all development. Many children in Burkina Faso are unfortunately excluded from the education system because of security crises leading to the massive displacement of populations. The situation is catastrophic for displaced children aged 6 to 15. They find themselves forced into begging to survive and exposed to all forms of vices: begging, drugs, theft, juvenile prostitution etc.
The project will remove 400 displaced children aged 6 to 15 from the streets by allowing them to have access to quality school education with support for their school supplies and daily meals. Long-Term, the children aged 6 to 15 thus educated thanks to the project will be able to integrate into the community and in the future become responsible men and women who can contribute in a sustainable way to the socio-economic development of the country.
